5. Meta Platforms Data

When you (a client of ANKR Agency) authorize the ANKR Agency Marketing App (Facebook App ID 799287809285714) to access your Facebook Page or Meta Business Manager, we use the Meta Graph API to read performance and engagement data necessary to produce your monthly performance report. Specifically:

  • We read Page metadata (name, category, follower count), recent posts and their public engagement counts (reactions, comments, shares), Page Insights (reach, impressions, engagement), Instagram Business Account profile and media, and Ad Account performance (spend, clicks, demographics, placements).
  • We do not publish, edit, or delete content from your Page or Instagram account on your behalf. We do not message users on behalf of your Page.
  • We do not sell, share, or resell your Meta data to third parties. Meta data is rendered into branded PDF reports delivered to you. Aggregated metrics may be retained in our PostgreSQL database for historical comparison; raw post text and images are not persisted beyond the rendered PDF artifact.
  • You can revoke ANKR's access at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → ANKR Agency Marketing App → Remove, which immediately invalidates our tokens.
  • To request deletion of any Meta data we have on file, email privacy@ankragency.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, per Meta Platform Terms. We also support automated deletion via the Meta Data Deletion Callback at https://ankragency.com/api/meta/data-deletion.

Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Developer Data Use Policies.
